Everything is ready for the Sheffield Window Centre-sponsored Ben Fund Bonanza at King's Lynn this Saturday night (6pm), the meeting which starts the British speedway season 2016.
There have not been any late call-offs and just in case there is a problem for someone during the event, Scunthorpe's Australian star Ryan Douglas will be on hand as reserve to take any rides which come his way.

Organiser Paul Ackroyd said "I'm very pleased that Ryan has made us this offer, he's a very good man to have there. The Ben Fund has been able to help him out during his time on the injured list in the past, and I think he wanted to do his bit in return."

It will be a 20-rider 20-heat event with half a dozen races also being staged for the best of the under-15 UK riders under the watchful eye of Neil Vatcher.

There will be plenty of other entertainment around the Adrian Flux Arena during the evening, and the weather forecast is good, so it seems that season should get off to a great start!

Ben Fund Bonanza lineup: Chris Harris, Jason Doyle, Josh Auty, Robert Lambert, Lewis Kerr, Bjarne Pedersen, Richie Worrall, Steve Worrall, Ulrich Ostergaard, Josh Bates, Nikolai Klindt, Rory Schlein, Ben Barker, Simon Stead, Mads Korneliussen, Krzysztof Kasprzak, Craig Cook, Danny King, Kevin Doolan, Emil Grondal. Reserve Ryan Douglas.
