Kiltwalking for the Ben Fund

A YOUNG Scottish couple will be taking part in the Kiltwalk in Glasgow, the second time they have participated, and this year they will be walking for the benefit of the Speedway Riders' Benevolent Fund (which is now registered with the Kiltwalk as a charity).
Jill and Stefan Hislop are the fans with the great idea and Jill tells us "As a family we are supporters of Edinburgh Monarchs Speedway and donate in the collections for the Ben fund every year. Having witnessed crashes at Armadale and other tracks and seeing the help and support the Ben fund provide for riders who have been injured gives an insight into how important this is for riders across the UK."
This year's Glasgow Kiltwalk will be on 28th April, from Glasgow Green to Balloch, and the Hislops are raising sponsorship through a Just Giving page. Plenty of time for others to get involved!
