Graham Reeve is a sad loss

Those of us involved with the SRBF are saddened to hear of the passing of Graham Reeve, such a prominent personality in British Speedway for many years.
SRBF Chairman Paul Ackrotd said "He was very much behind the SRBF, when he was involved with the Speedway Control Board. He certainly tried to look after the paraplegic boys, people like Lawrence Hare and John Simmons, he made frequent visits to check on them when he was out and about.
"Socially I spent many occasions with him. He knew an awful lot of people all over the world and was a very popular character. He was nice to work with as well. One of his strong points was that he treated everybody the same, no matter their position."
