Clubs have done their bit

The annual track collections on behalf of the Speedway Riders Benevolent Fund are now complete and another excellent contribution has been made by British Speedway to the SRBF.
The Grand Total for 2025 is £23,313.41, a similar amount to last season, and SRBF Chairman Paul Ackroyd says "We are very grateful to the clubs for once again doing their bit and helping us to assist the riders who have been injured. Thanks to everyone who has contributed and to the riders who have gone out to collect."
Once again Ipswich Witches top the list with an exceptional total and their boss Chris Louis will be presented with the trophy for Best Collection at the annual World Speedway Riders Association dinner early next month. Several other clubs have also done very well and punched above their weight.
